Membership allows customers to play padel for free at multiple clubs within the Padel Pass network.
Padel Pass membership includes the following benefits:
A 100% discount on the main cost for the subscriber only, for booking one padel court session per day (90 minutes) during off-peak hours.
The following terms, along with any guidelines issued by Al Udwiyah Al Shamila Sports Co. from time to time, govern the relationship between the subscriber and the Company. The subscriber must comply with all instructions in this document, as well as those displayed inside partner clubs and any administrative circulars issued in the future. Any guides (such as the sports guide, subscription guide, or usage guide) and newsletters issued by the Company are considered an integral part of these terms and must be accepted by the subscriber without objection.
All individuals aged 18 or older may subscribe to the membership. Those under 18 must have a guardian submit the application on their behalf.
The fee for membership is SAR 900 for 30 days. Activation begins after the Company sends a confirmation message. The subscriber is considered a member once payment is made. These fees are strictly non-refundable.
-The Company reserves the right to define or change off-peak hours at partner clubs as it deems appropriate.
-The Company has the right to terminate agreements with any partner club, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice and without liability. Subscribers may instead use other available partner clubs.
Partner clubs may close or suspend bookings for official visits, maintenance, or events (such as tournaments), without compensation to subscribers.
By subscribing, the member acknowledges that:
-They have no medical restrictions preventing physical activity and assume full responsibility for monitoring their health.
-The subscriber releases the Company, partner clubs, and staff from all liability for any health conditions, injuries, or damages.
-They consent to the Company photographing or filming partner clubs, including members, for promotional or operational purposes without compensation.
-They will comply with Saudi Arabia’s public decency regulations, customs, and traditions, as well as Company policies (especially regarding sports attire).
-They are fully responsible for their safety and belongings. The Company is not liable for injuries or loss/damage of personal items inside or outside the clubs.
-They must not park their vehicle in front of neighbors’ homes or nearby shops. The Company bears no liability for damages or theft of vehicles.
-The Company may cancel a membership without compensation if:
-The subscriber allows others to use their membership.
-The subscriber verbally or physically assaults staff, partner clubs, or other members.
-The subscriber misbehaves, disturbs others, or violates Saudi law, Company policies, or partner club regulations.
-The subscriber gives money or gifts to trainers or staff.
-The subscriber promotes products without written Company approval.
-The subscriber smokes (including e-cigarettes) inside partner clubs.
-The subscriber brings or promotes steroids or banned substances.
-The subscriber fails to attend two bookings during the membership period.
-The subscriber provides paid personal training services (only club trainers are allowed).
-The subscriber benefits from membership during an official suspension period.
No compensation is given for days missed by the subscriber.
Members may suspend their membership for up to 10 days (monthly) or 20 days (3 months or longer). Requests must be submitted at least two (2) business days before the desired suspension.
If suspension is requested for longer than the allowed period, the Company may impose additional fees.
With Company approval, a subscriber may transfer their full membership or its remainder to another person, subject to transfer fees.
Partial transfers (specific days) are not permitted.
Transferring a membership does not release the subscriber from prior obligations.
Members must wear full sports attire and approved shoes.
Clothing must comply with Saudi Arabia’s public decency regulations and partner club policies.
Members may not use padel courts for other sports or purposes, nor damage equipment or facilities.
Members are responsible for ensuring the required number of players. If incomplete, the club may cancel the booking, reassign the court, and charge the full fee.
Members may not book more than one court (90 minutes) per day.
The Company may suspend members who violate these conditions.
This agreement is subject to the laws of Saudi Arabia. In case of disputes, jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Riyadh.
The Company may set procedures for member entry, check-in, and exit. Members must comply.
The Company may send marketing campaigns, offers, and updates via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Members cannot claim unused days if bookings are full.
The subscriber agrees that their personal data and photo may be collected and stored by the Company and partner clubs for identity verification.
The subscriber agrees that Padel Pass may register them with partner clubs using their basic details (including email) to complete registration and enable access.
Subscribers must check in at reception before matches using the registered phone number. Clubs may charge booking fees if this is not followed.
The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, wars, power outages, cyberattacks, etc.).
The Company is not liable for delayed openings, closures, or service suspensions due to force majeure.
The Company is not liable if the subscriber changes their registered phone number without updating it.
Subscribers must maintain the confidentiality of the Company’s information and not disclose it to third parties without written approval, except as required by government authorities.
The Company reserves the right to review and amend membership terms, prices, and service charges monthly without subscriber approval. Membership may be suspended if updated fees are not paid.
